i have a sore on my neck i have had it for two years now. it is red and itches sumtimes scabs up falls off been doing this for a while.

Needs biopsy.: I recommend consult with a dermatologist or general surgeon promptly. Skin lesions that are non-healing or chronically irritated often may be skin cancer. This lesion should be excised.
