Diarrhea: The stool color isn't worrisome, but if its been intermittent for a few months then needs more thorough evaluation. Could be toddler's diarrhea, maybe drinking too much juice and/or eating too many fruits. Possibly dairy related. Maybe just bad luck with infections. Besides a food restriction trial, he might need further evaluation through blood and stool.
