Odd comment: I am not sure a problem exists. Poo smells because of the action of odor producing germs on the fecal material.Odor will vary based on the balance of these germs I can't understand what you mean that it smells like diarrhea. If the kid is acting and feeding normally, ignore this. Is there some worry you have that it's something dreadful ? If so, think it through and ask specifically.
