After wk of abdo discomfort, diarrohea I found threadworm in poo. Stool results normal? Took worm med yesterday and symptoms persist? Advice.
The last 2 days i found one of my long hairs mixed in 2yo stool. Very long, 6in.Could it be a threadworm?I just don't know how it got there. Dangerous?
If I thought i saw a threadworm in poop,would it pull out easily with a tweezer or would it just break apart? Would there be only one or 2 or would there be more? Could you get these worms if no one left home for several months? No kids/pets in home?
Will tablets for worms (threadworm) affect my birth control pill? I am on levlen (ethinyl estradiol and levonorgestrel) ed. The worming medicine is called combantrin-1 with mebendazole.
