See your endoscopist: Your symptoms cause concern about a small perforation and possibly an abscess. You should contact whoever scoped you as soon as possible!

Call your doctor: Want to make sure you do not have perforation. A good examination, bloodwork and probable imaging with ct scan may help. Do not wait.
