Heart issue: You do not state why you had test in first place but the LV or left ventricular ejection fraction is low and the muscle movement is slow. In a young person these values are troubling and you should talk to your doctor

Depends.: The ejection fraction is measuring how well the heart is pumping during systole. An EF of 43% may be slightly reduced based on the normal ranges, and the hypokinesis is commenting on certain segments of the heart not moving as well as they should. The heart is dynamic and measurements can fluctuate especially between 2 different imaging modalities. Discuss these findings with your cardiologist.
