I would wait: Without seeing or feeling it, i cannot confidently say you would need more or not. After filler injections (juvederm, restylane, (dermal fillers) or perlane), feeling some lumpiness is common, but it should not be visible. If it is not visible, leave it alone. If it is visible, massaging it gently 30 sec twice daily helps to soften it. Also, fillers are also firm for 1-2 weeks after injecting, then they soften.

Give it 3 to 4 weeks: Before deciding on a second round of hyaluronidase. Massage the area each day.
