If much salt and fat: Eating one ham sandwich every day is not a problem unless the sandwich has a huge number of calories (which can cause obesity), the sandwich has lots of fat from mayo or cheese (which can cause high cholesterol and obesity), the sandwich has lots of salt (which can raise blood pressure), or one is worried about the nitrite preservatives in ham. There are ways to make healthy ham sandwiches!

Possibly: Do we know his lipid levels(cholesterol,ldl, hdl and triglycerides? Processed meats are not considered healthy due to their saturated fat content and preservatives. If he has hyperlipidemia(abnormal lipids), I believe his daily ham sandwich is unhealthy.
