Eat fresh Foods: Processed foods contain many harmful elements, so you should avoid them entirely. Chicken in general is a healthier source of Proteins and much better to consume than ham, which is full of animal(saturated) fats...so it is not good for human consumption. You can get good healthy proteins from eating Eggs, Soy/Tofu, low fat dairy and plant nuts(like almonds and walnuts)
