You : You can try taking beano prior to eating foods that cause gas, or try taking gas x after you eat if you experience gas pains or bloating. In additon try cutting down on dairy products and limit your fiber intake if you are eating a high fiber diet. Fiber is good for you, however you have to start out eating very little and slowly increasing over time. If these things dont work, you should visit your doctor for an evaluation. Best of luck.
