Planned Parenthood: Because you are sexually active, you should be on birth control. Planned parenthood will give you a full gynecologic history, physical, pap, and pelvic on a sliding scale according to what you can afford. The miscarriage is ancient history and is nothing to worry about. Have routine cultures for gc and chlamydia taken, and get started on your choice of birth control.

PPannual=fine: Miscarriages are fairly common. One miscarriage does not increase your risk of another miscarriage or indicate any reproductive health problems. You don't need the pap smear done til age 21, but if you are having menstrual problems, need birth control, or want any testing for stds the planned parenthood can take care of that for you.
