Is it true that women with pcos are at a higher risk of having a miscarriage during the first trimester? i have pcos and im pregnant so im a bit worried but however my blood work has always been good according to my gynecologist

Some risk: PCOS patients do have a slightly higher risk of miscarriage. This is something beyond your control. There is not something you or your doctor can do to change the risk of first trimester of pregnancy. Just follow your doctors instructions and keep your follow up appointments.
