What will help to cause a miscarriage at 6 weeks? miscarriage is the only option if i don't want my parents to find out. (only 18 & too young for kid)

Natural event: A miscarriage is a natural event and may occur when the conceptus is abnormal and cannot sustain itself through pregnancy. An abortion is also a term used to describe loss of a pregnancy. It can be spontaneous (natural) or induced (you had it done.)You need to seek out counseling at a planned parenthood or other clinic.
