Get a second opinion: Some directions to consider: COGNITIVE-BEHAVIOURAL THERAPIST, BIOFEEDBACK, HYPNOSIS, ACUPUNCTURE, MELATONIN FOR SLEEP, USE OF DEPLIN (medical food), VIGOROUS AEROBIC EXERCISE PROGRAM. Also, new models for PTSD in veterans may offer a newer approach. Lastly, there are profound differences in "therapists" and it is worthwhile to look elsewhere if things not working out efficiently.

What to do: Talking therapy ranks really high. Cognitive Behavioral therapy can be effective. Aim for daily exercise, 8 hours of sleep per night & good nutrition w 5 servings of veggies & 4 of fruit per day. Try tai chi, yoga, Qi Gong, progressive muscle relaxation, deep breathing exercises & meditation. Don't isolate - spend time w friends even if at a distance.
