Consult MD: Not all chest pains are from the heart! it can be neuromuscular , GI or other causes. Consult md!

No: No, you are not confused. Chest pains can be non-cardiac as well, but additionally, no cardiac test (and in this case I am assuming that you had a stress test) is 100% sensitive and so if you continue to have symptoms that you are concerned could be cardiac, discuss them with your physician.
