If another physician you hypothetically referred me to acted incompetently or unprofessionally, would you want to know?

Yes!: We only know what our patients tell us and don't want to be embarrassed by sending you to someone who acted unprofessionally.

Yes of course!: Your doctor needs to know if another colleague acted unprofessionally as he/she could choose to contact that individual about the situation, or could just choose to refer you to another md. Either way, your doctor will appreciate the feedback.
