Desipramine: Desipramine (norpramin) is a non-selective tricyclic antidepressant used to treat major depression, ocd, enuresis, and various anxiety disorders. It is more directed towards inhibiting norepinephrine than serotonin reuptake, but affects both.

Desipramine: Desipiramine is a tricyclic antidepressant. It is the generic name for norpramin (desipramine). It is generally thought to be more specific for boosting norepinephrine in the brain and is particularly potent at the norepinephrine reputake pump in blocking it.
