I had a total thyroidectomy back in 2006 and am on synthroid (thyroxine). my husband states i have been twitching in my sleep at night. could this be causing it?

Maybe: Your goal TSH is between 1-2. If you are over medicated. Tsh <0.5, you may have nerve overstimulation. Twitching may also be related to normal rem sleep.
