Total thyroidectomy more than a year ago due to hashimotos disease. how long could i live without taking my thyroxine 150mcg?

Does not add up: Hashimoto is not a reason for thyroidectomy. Why would you not not take replacement medication? You may live for a variable length of time but would not be healthy. Stay on the medication and do not change the dose without consulting your doctor.
