Don't know what to do..Had CT scan for stones, l spine xray, all good.Dr doesn't rec more tests, still hv low back pain.32 yo nonsmoker. Cld be myeloma?
If it's bad enough to cause pain, wld myeloma be visible on plain xray (l spine)? Or on CT to check for kidney stones. Had both and both show normal.
Severe back and neck pain for over 5 years. MRI, x-ray and CT scan are all clear. Pain started in my lower back. Radiates to upper back and neck. Lower back is no longer as severe. Upper back and neck usually start at night lvl9. Now what?
Can mild sclerosis of sacroiliac joint (due to degeneration or however it was noted) be seen on spine X-ray but be missed on pelvic MRI? My X-ray showed sclerosis but my MRI didnt pick it up. Thank you?
I have sclerosis of SI joint shown on Xray & spondyloarthropathy. Neck, spine, lower back & hip pain. Having mri of pelvis to see if fusion in spine. Can sclerosis of neck be missed even though it was shown in si joint? Asking for mri of neck too. Ty?
