Don't know what to do..had ct scan for stones, l spine xray, all good.dr doesn't rec more tests, still hv low back pain.32 yo nonsmoker. cld be myeloma?

Never sure: A myeloma will show up well on a bone scan. C ur orthopedist for evaluation ; x-rays, ; possible further imaging.

MRI: Consider getting an MRI of the lumbar spine to look at tissues not seen on ct or x-rays. Myeloma is certainly more rare than degen disc disease. Discuss with your doctor.
