I have a uterine cavity 4cm hematoma since vag hysterectomy 8 weeks ago. it keeps getting infected and i end up on iv abx. what can be done?

Antibiotics or surge: At this point, it would be continued antibiotics, or surgery to evacuate the hematoma. A lot of surgeons would hesitate to reoperate if this can be taken care of by medications.
