You can't develop cancer in an organ that is gone from your body. If there was preexisting cancer in your uterus before it was removed, and especially if cancer was the reason for the hysterectomy, then newly diagnosed locally invasive or metastatic utrine cancer might be possible. Discuss with your doctor.
