Yes: If you had pain to begin, as the source of the pain, it could be a continuation. In cases of a hematoma that gets infected they are drained surgically. Remember the blood has antibiotics in it which reduces infection. It's difficult but will likely pass and make sure you don't have a bladder infection. There if no means to obliterate the blood. Expectant management unless infected;.
