Bunions: Painful hardware is a possibility, as is scar, infection, mal/nonunion, dorsal sensory neuritis, etc.

Sure : It's a possibility. Return to your surgeon and have x-rays taken to evaluate the foot.

It is possible.: Stapes and screws may loosen with time. Have an x-ray taken by your surgeon to determine the plan of care.

Possible but usually: Not common that quick after surgery unless there was some trauma to area recently. See your surgeon and get x-ray to see.
