Other than surgery, what can be done about bunions? i have them on both sides of both feet.

Variety of options: If the bunions are painful, then you can do physical therapy. Otherwise, change in shoes (no high heels, pointy toe shoes), orthotics. There is no way to get rid of bunions without surgical intervention.
