If you do not have a: Uterus, then getting an infection spreading to the fallopian tubes and ovaries through the uterus cannot occur.

Yes: But the definition of pid would have to be expanded. Generally refers to infections of the uterus, fallopian tubes and ovaries (the uterus is removed in a hysterectomy, and sometimes the tubes and ovaries are also taken out). Infection could conceivably extend from the vagina into the infraperitoneal area of the pelvis producing pelvic inflammatory disease. All in the definition.
