Unlikely.: Pid is "pelvic inflammatory disease" and usually occurs when bacteria ascends from the outside of the vulva up inside the genitals and spreads into the tubes/ovaries (pelvis.) after a hysterectomy, there is no connection between the vagina and the inside/pelvis.

Not likely: Pid involves infection in the pelvis (in around the uterus, tubes and ovaries). After a hysterectomy it is not likely that you will develop such an infection.
