Can you get a yest infection after a hysterectomy?

Yes: A hysterectomy does not protect you against yeast infections. Risk factors are antibiotic use, diabetes, and wearing tight clothes with poor ventilation.

Yes: Do you mean in the immediate post-hysterectomy time frame, or years after having the hysterectomy? In both cases the answer is yes, just not too common to occur right after surgery.
