Unremarkable scan.: This is typical verbage for an unremarkable prenatal ultrasound. That means that the examination did not identify major fetal anomalies such as gastroschisis, omphalocele, anencephaly, spina bifida, diaphragmatic hernia, major heart/kidney/lung/skeletal defects. Congratulations - however keep in mind that even in experienced centers the detection rate of anomalies may not surpass 60-80%.
