The ultrasound: Report should have provided potential causes for this finding and recommendations (if any needed) for further evaluation. If it didn't then consider a more detailed fetal ultrasound at a center offering level 2 or level 3 studies. These centers have greater expertise in fetal ultrasound and can often answer questions which arise on a screening study.
