The dr. told me i was 5 weeks during a ultrasound. all we saw was a sack and a little tiny fetus.(i mean very small fetus) can you see a sack at 5 wks?

Yes: At 5 weeks a gestational sac and a very tiny fetus is all we would usually expect to see. So it sounds like you are right on track! i'm sure your doctor has you scheduled for a follow-up sono to make sure the fetus continues to grow and to document a normal fetal heart rate.
