Thyroidectomy: I presume the entire gland has been removed. Tsh elevation. The hormone TSH comes from pituitary gland generally turns thyroid gland on to make more hormone. In your case assuming you have been faithful to replacement regimen essentially means you need higher dose of hormone replacement. Low thyroglobulin normal finding with no gland.
