Less thyroid tissue: Your thyroid makes thyroid hormone. Your pituitary monitors thyroid hormone, and if there isn't enough, it makes TSH (thyroid stimulating hormone. So a high TSH means not enough, or not as much thyroid hormone. If the level is clinically high, the patient is placed on levothyroxine, thyroid hormone. Thyroglobulin is made by the thyroid, and if low, it means there is less thyroid.

Thyroidectomy: I presume the entire gland has been removed. Tsh elevation. The hormone TSH comes from pituitary gland generally turns thyroid gland on to make more hormone. In your case assuming you have been faithful to replacement regimen essentially means you need higher dose of hormone replacement. Low thyroglobulin normal finding with no gland.

Thyroid in the Dumps: There is a possiblity you may not be taking enough thyroid hormone replacement. Your doctor will likely look a little deeper into your thyroid labs to find an answer.
