Hypothyroidism: The thyroid condition you have is rare and is considered by many a variant of papillary carcinoma which commonly arises in chronic thyroiditis as indicated by your elevated thyroglobulin antibodies. The destruction of normal thyroid cells from chronic inflammation or complete surgical removal leads to hypothyroidism reflected by elevated tsh. See your endocrinologist for treatment.
