Excision: To completely and safely remove a cyst, one has to fully remove the cyst wall by excision or it will recur. Some cysts have openings to the surface.. In those cases, if you gently squeeze it, smelly white material comes out, and the cyst collapses. Because the cyst wall remains intact, the cyst will recur as the content is regenerated by the cyst wall.

Cysts: Firstly, make sure you have right diagnosis. Many lesions are interpreted as that are really not cysts. See a dermatologist who can make the diagnosis and then extirpate the cysts by one or more of many many means. But the first thing to do is to see the dermatologist for the correct diagnosis.
