Drainage: For small, simple cysts, sometimes something called a sitz bath may help relieve a bartholin's cyst over several days. However, surgical drainage may be necessary to drain the cyst. For recurrent cysts a procedure called marsupialization may be necessary to prevent the cyst from coming back in the future.
