2 thoughts: You can wait and see if the cyst disappears on its own or you can discuss with your gynecologist having it removed laparoscopically. Depending on size of cyst and nature of it, may disappear on its own, or may not. Your doctor knows best how to recommend treatment for your specific situation and ultrasound findings.
