A few things: If no fever, observe for a while. Once quiet and having a quiet spell, offer sips of "gator-ade" type liquids, broths, gelatins and such. Commercial re-hydration liquids are available. Give it 12-24 hours unless fever develops, if there is significant abdominal pain, persistent vomiting, blood in stool, no urine output and just not taking any liquids. Then see md. Md may call in nausea meds?
