Fever & Vomiting : First y, observe for other sign such as sore throat, stomach ache or rash over his body that can pinpoint the source of his illness. Secondly, make sure he remains hydrated due to loss of electrolyte thru vomiting. Most likely it is a viral stomach flu or gasteroenteritis which should resolve in ~48 hrs, during which his diet should be all clears. If vomiting persists let your peds get him checke
