Fever: Fever and vomiting suggests an infection. Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen will bring down the fever. Maintaining good hydration is important as both vomiting and fever can lead to increased losses of water from the body. Typically small amounts of clear fluids taken every 15 minutes is tolerated. If other symptoms develop or fever does not decrease or signs of dehydration develop, visit doctor.
