Not likely: Very rare in your age group. More likely a fibroid or cyst-neither of which is cancer. Prob best to discuss treatment options with obgyn to see if it needs surgery or observation.

Ovarian cyst: Most likely it is not cancer. At your age, the 3 most common problems are all benign : dermoid (benign cystic teratoma), emdometrioma, an serous cystadenoma . You should have tumor markers drawn and if the are elevated then you should see a gynecologic oncologist and not a gynecologist.

Maybe: Maybe but in younger pts this could be a benign growth or a teratoma. Certainly wod have it taken out by a gyn onc specializing in this type if surgery and treatment. Chances of being a benign finding much higher than cancer.
