Depends...: The answer to this depends on several factors. You may be at increased risk for cancer if you have certain, characteristics within the mass, a high (>200) ca-125, strong family history of certain cancers, ascites or other suspicious pelvic findings etc. Based on having no other information, your age alone puts you at low risk for cancer.
