No: No meditation nor any natural known substance has proved to improve lung function. Meditation as any associated maneauver can help the persons to understand their inner energy. Also to be calm & rational on responses as well as learn to understand your body better. Also to improve your response to different reactions, your limitations & attributes.

Doubtful: But it can help with breathing issues, such as hyperventilation due to anxiety ... And may help reduce asthma attacks brought on by anxiety ...
