Urgent: If you having difficulty breathing, please go to the Emergency room, and if no ambulance, by private car or taxi. Take your medications with you. The Prednisone may be helpful and if you have an inhaler Albuterol, take two puffs.

Difficulty breathing: One needs emerency care for difficulty breathing, blue lips or face, marked persistent chest pain/ pressure or new onset confusion. I don't have knowledge of Emergency Medical Services in Natal. I would call Emergency services again. If not responsive, have someone drive you to the nearest emergency department. Take care.
