Lungs and sinuses...: ...Are both parts of the same airway, lines with the same types of cells, exposed to the same irritants and infections, so yes, the two are most probably related.

Usually not: Sinus problems are usually related to the sinuses in your face and are usually related to some allergy, rather than something related to your lungs.
