Healthy Lifestye: The first thing to do is to set your mind to plan to follow one new healthy activity at a time. It becomes like a job! tell yourself you must implement this one new thing. When you've done that, then pick a new healthy activity to pursue. Pretty soon, you'll be on the right road. And you should feel much better. Don't bite off more than you can chew in the beginning.
