Not really: Adrenal fatgue is not a known medical condition. The adrenal insufficiency that is severe or after the total adrenal removal can lead to aldosreone deficincy and then the patienr may need medication like florinef (fludrocortisone).

No: Patient with adrenal insufficiency, not fatigue, can have low aldosterone. It's easy to check. All you need is a blood test.
