It is safe to use: Misoprostol(cytotec) is a synthetic prostaglandine1 analog that is used for prevention of NSAID induced gastric ulcer , missed miscarriage, to induce labor and as an abrtifacient.It is safe to use and may cause diarrhea in 13%of patients and 2% may require discontinuing the drug , can also cause abdominal pain, vomiting and flatulance.But in general well tolerated.

Proably not.: Canadian pharmacies do require and rx from a us licensed doctor. I realize that it might be avaialble from some sources (usually indian made), but i certainly would not recommend you take it unless authorized by your dr.!
