No.: Not at least by yourself. Any pregnancy undergoing termination during the 2nd trimester needs to be cared for by a trained professional. You can't do this on your own as you would be at an extremely high risk of bleeding and failed procedure, even if you were to have the right medications. Please see your gynecologist about this.
