Get a hearing test: Just kidding. I have no idea what you could be hearing. The question would be does anyone else hear that sound. If you had a valve replacement, then there could be a loud ticking from your chest. Is it occurring at the same time as your pulse? If it is truly coming from your heart or lungs, a doctor should hear it with his stethoscope. Have you lost your watch recently? Jk.
